Maya Xala Honey - 500g Easy Squeeze

This is real, raw, local honey straight from the beekeeper just as the bees made it.

We harvest and prepare it in small batches right here in Doreen for locals to try, letting the bees do their thing and keeping the process as natural as possible. No heating, no blending, no shortcuts. Just pure delicious honey as it was meant to be.

You’ll notice the difference in flavour, texture, and colour depending on what’s in bloom at the time.

It may contain traces of pollen and wax, and it may naturally crystallise over time. Both signs you’re getting the real thing. If it sets, just sit the jar in warm water and it’ll return to liquid.
